From Heythuysen, we work for machine builders, high-tech manufacturers, R&D teams and production companies that are not looking for a standard solution, but for certainty in function, manufacturability and delivery. More than ten years of working from one clear principle
Coolen Engineering was founded in 2015 by Rob and Huib Coolen. Two brothers who built Coolen Engineering around one core principle: work smart wherever possible. That principle still shapes how we look at engineering today.
A good component or machine is created not only through craftsmanship, but through the process around it. When that process is set up intelligently, with as much control and as little noise as possible, the result is accurate, reliable and consistently reproducible.

Our process is focused on the result and our control over it. To achieve a good result, the starting points need to be clear. That is why we first look at the question behind the question. What does a component need to do? Which tolerances are critical? How will it be used? What does the surrounding process require? Only then do we determine the best route: engineering, manufacturing or a combination of both. The result is a solution that is technically sound, manufacturable and can be delivered on schedule.
