Through the website. The data you enter yourself in the contact form and the "Discuss your project" form: name, company name, email address, phone number and, if applicable, your address. This also covers the project information you share, including uploaded files such as drawings, 3D models and specifications.

Technical data. Data your browser sends along, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

As a business contact. Name, job title, business contact details, invoicing and payment details, and correspondence about quotations, orders and projects. This applies to contacts at customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

As an applicant. Your CV, cover letter and contact details, and anything else you share with us during the application process.

You are not obliged to provide personal data, but without it we may not be able to handle your request or order. We do not use your data for automated decision-making and never sell it to third parties.

We only share your data with parties that help us run our website and services: our hosting provider (storing the website and form submissions), Mailgun (sending emails from the forms, servers in the EU), Google (Analytics), Leadinfo (recognizing companies that visit our website), the external provider of our ERP environment (sales and purchasing administration), Microsoft (email and file storage through Microsoft 365) and Mailchimp (sending our newsletter). We also share data with suppliers and subcontractors where needed to carry out an order, and with government authorities when the law requires us to.

Parties that process data on our behalf do so on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.

Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area. That data is then protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
