Semiconductor Process solutions at micron level

In the semiconductor industry, you need control down to the last micron. Components, modules and machine solutions need to fit accurately, function reproducibly and continue to perform reliably within complex machines and processes. Minute deviations can have major consequences for output, quality or lead time.

We develop and manufacture precision components, assemblies and machine solutions for high-tech applications where dimensional accuracy, stability and exact repeatability are decisive. From components for existing machines to engineering specific modules, test setups or process steps.

Semiconductor engineering for accurate and stable processes

Not every technical challenge in semiconductor starts with a fully developed design. Sometimes a module is needed that must position exactly, a reproducible fixture that holds a component, or a process step that needs to be performed more stably, accurately or efficiently.

For this, we combine mechanical design with practical manufacturability. We look at function, tolerances, movement, load, material choice and integration with the existing process where precision matters.

Manufacturing for semiconductor with control over dimensions and repeatability

With existing high-tech machines, the need often centers on components that must be manufactured exactly to specification. A critical component, a fixture that must position precisely, or a small series of components where every fit, finish and tolerance stack needs to be right.

We review drawings for function, tolerances, manufacturability and documentation requirements. We then manufacture with tight control of dimensions, finish and planning. Where needed, we agree which measurement reports, release information or additional project documentation are required.
